- Croatia approves Tesla FSD (Supervised), the eighth EU country
Croatia's type-approval office recognised the Dutch approval on 28 September, three weeks after saying a decision was unlikely before EU talks.
- No EU vote on FSD in October — December is now the earliest
The TCMV agenda for 6 October lists only 25 minutes of "continued discussion" on the Dutch request. Tesla had pointed to that date for a bloc-wide vote.
