Short answer: Not yet. KBA is reviewing the Dutch approval but has not approved FSD (Supervised) for customers in Germany.

KBA is evaluating the RDW file and discussing the system's ability to exceed speed limits with RDW and Tesla. No national approval and no date; Germany is waiting on the EU track.

Germany can either recognise the Dutch approval nationally, as 7 countries have, or wait for an EU-wide decision in the TCMV. The next opportunity for that vote is December 2026 (earliest). How FSD approval works in Europe (English).
