Short answer: Yes. Netherlands approved Tesla FSD (Supervised) on 10 Apr 2026 by recognising the Dutch RDW type approval. Owners of eligible cars can subscribe and use it on public roads, with the driver supervising at all times.

First in Europe. Provisional EU type approval under Article 39 of Regulation 2018/858 after ~18 months of testing. Every other national approval builds on this file.

Approval here is a national recognition of the RDW's provisional EU type approval. FSD (Supervised) is an SAE Level 2 system: the driver must supervise at all times and remains legally responsible. If the EU ultimately rejects the Dutch request, national recognitions built on it could lapse.
