Short answer: Not yet. Traficom is reviewing the Dutch approval but has not approved FSD (Supervised) for customers in Finland.

Overall assessment described as positive; open questions on winter driving, takeover time, overtaking and speed offset. ~6,500 capable cars in Finland.

Finland can either recognise the Dutch approval nationally, as 7 countries have, or wait for an EU-wide decision in the TCMV. The next opportunity for that vote is December 2026 (earliest). How FSD approval works in Europe (English).
